The ideal venue should meet the following requirements:

  • a minimum of 1,000pp capacity
  • Funktion-One sound system or similar
  • high ceilings, min 6 meters
  • history as successful events organization
  • professional structure

  • chase / receive and organise invoices
  • pay collaborators and clients
  • create business plans and keep them updated
  • financial control of all the branches of the movement
  • forecast and previsions
  • direct contact with providers and agencies about invoices and payments
  • preparation of budget forecasts

We require:

  • a minimum of 5 years experience in Accounting & Bookkeeping (related to any industry)
  • detailed oriented attitude
  • perfect English, spoken and written

We don’t require:

  • specific knowledge about Taxes since they will be managed externally, but some knowledge is appreciated


  • part-time job

The person would work remotely (from anywhere in the world) on a monthly basis, for the long term. Others conditions can be discussed.
